Madrona is a multiage K-8 program and one of Edmonds’ K-8 option schools. I’m glad that you’re visiting our website to learn more about our community. Madrona was founded in 1989 and our mission is to develop the intellectual, emotional, physical and social skills of each student by providing an innovative, challenging and engaging curriculum. Our multiage setting provides unique opportunities for continuous growth through the collaboration and development of relationships among students, staff, and parents. Additionally, Madrona has an active and vibrant parent community called the Madrona Integrated Team (MIT) which partners with staff to enrich a students Madrona experience. As an administrative team, we are proud to work in a school community that values and respects children and seeks to help them grow academically, socially, and emotionally in a multiage setting. Madrona’s staff is committed to forming relationships with students and families in order to positively impact students now and into their futures.
